VOYONS

For this project, I travelled to Paris and focused on the area around the Louvre. Over twelve days, I observed, sketched and photographed people and places. I was particularly interested in the contrast between romanticised tourist views and the often-overlooked social and historical realities. The result was a French-language publication designed in the style of a fashion magazine, combining aesthetic imagery with seemingly unrelated texts. Deliberate visual disruptions encourage readers to look more closely and reflect on their surroundings.
